One visit for the whole list is what a handyman service is for, instead of finding five specialists for five small jobs. We'll say up front what fits in a visit, and we sequence the work so the caulk is curing while the faucet is being swapped.
Typical list items: recaulking tubs, showers, sinks and windows; hanging shelves, mirrors, curtain rods and TV mounts; replacing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; adjusting doors and gates; resealing around roof penetrations and scuppers before monsoon season; and replacing weatherstripping before the summer heat sets in.

- Is there a minimum charge?
- No published minimum. If a single item is very small, we'll suggest bundling a few things into one visit so the trip is worth it for both of us.
- How do you charge — hourly or by the job?
- Fixed price per job, quoted before we start. If we open a wall or floor and find damage nobody could see beforehand, we stop, show you, and re-quote before doing more.
- How fast can you come out?
- We reply within one business day, and most jobs get scheduled within a week.
