Gutter, Scupper and Downspout Repair in Phoenix
The downspout that dumps at the foundation, the scupper that's blocked, the gutter that's pulling off the fascia. Fixed so storm water goes where it should.

Phoenix rain comes in short, hard bursts, and the roof has to shed all of it at once. Flat roofs drain through scuppers in the parapet. Pitched roofs drain through gutters and downspouts, where there are any. When those are blocked, loose or pointed at the house, water goes into the stucco, the fascia and the foundation.
Scuppers
Scuppers clog with leaves and roofing granules, and the sealant around them cracks. We clear them and reseal from the outside, and we can help with a scupper that's rusted through or undersized too.
Gutters
Gutters pull away from the fascia when the hangers loosen or the fascia behind them rots. Loose gutters get rehung on new hangers; rotted fascia gets replaced first. Leaking seams and end caps get resealed. We can help with new gutters too.
Downspouts
A downspout that ends at the foundation dumps every storm against the house, and that's a common cause of a cracked corner or wet stucco at the base. An extension or a splash block moves the water away. Crushed or disconnected downspouts get replaced.
Drainage at the ground
Where water pools against the house, regrading the gravel so it slopes away, or a short drain line to the yard, fixes it.

Questions
- Why is there wet stucco at the corner of my house?
- Usually a downspout ending right there. An extension moves the water away, and the stucco gets repaired once it's dry.
