About us
Licensed and local
Elite Home Repairs is a locally owned handyman service based in Phoenix, serving the whole Valley. Levi quotes every job and is on site for the work.
Our story
Levi Diskin has worked on Phoenix-area homes for more than five years through Elite Home Remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovations. Elite Home Repairs is the same company and the same license, focused on the smaller jobs.
More than five years of renovating and repairing homes across the Valley showed us that the small jobs are the hardest for people to get done well. So this side of the company makes them the focus.
In Arizona, anyone can call themselves a handyman, but only a licensed contractor can legally take on a job over $1,000 or work that needs a permit. We carry ROC #366903 as a Class B General Residential Contractor, and you can look it up any time on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. We're bonded and insured too, so if something goes wrong on your property, you're covered. If a job is bigger than a repair, we'll say so.
Elite Home Repairs is the handyman division of Elite Home Remodeling, Arizona ROC #366903.

How we approach every job
You get a fixed price for the job before we start, a realistic schedule, and a call if anything changes along the way. Every repair carries a one-year workmanship warranty: if something we fixed fails because of our work within a year, we come back and make it right at no charge. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty.
