A roof leak shows up inside as a stain, a drip or a bubble in the ceiling. We find the source, seal the things around the roof that cause most "roof" leaks, help with the roof itself when that's the problem, and repair the ceiling and walls after.
What's often not the roof
- Sealant around a vent pipe, a skylight curb or an AC line that's cracked. We reseal from the outside.
- A scupper that's blocked, so water backs up and runs down the inside of the parapet. We clear and reseal it.
- A parapet top that's cracked and letting water into the wall. We seal and cap it.
- A window or door leak on the wall below that looks like a ceiling leak. We fix it.
- An AC drain in the attic, which looks exactly like a roof leak in summer. We can help with that too.
What's the roof
