Fence & Gate Repair in Phoenix, AZ
Sagging gates, leaning panels, broken latches and storm damage, fixed to last through the next monsoon.

Phoenix is hard on fences and gates. Sun dries and twists wood, heat expands metal until hinges bind, and one monsoon can lay a fence panel flat. Gates take the worst of it because they move. A gate that drags, won't latch or has to be lifted to close is usually a hinge or post problem.
Gate repair starts with the hinges and the post. We replace worn hinges with heavy-duty ones, reset posts that have loosened in the ground or the block wall, add a diagonal brace or cable kit to pull a sagging wood gate square, and adjust or replace latches so they catch with one hand. For iron gates, we repair welds, replace hardware, and treat and repaint rust.
For wood fences, we replace broken and rotted pickets, rails and posts, straighten leaning sections and refasten loose panels. For block walls, we repair cracked and spalling block, reset loose caps and patch stucco. We also install new gates, including pool gates with self-closing, self-latching hardware that meets Arizona's pool barrier rules.
Questions
- Do pool gates have special rules?
- Yes. Arizona's pool barrier rules require a pool-area gate to be self-closing and self-latching, with the latch set high enough that a small child can't reach it. We install and adjust gates and hardware to meet them.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- One-year warranty on our workmanship. If something we did fails in that window, we come back and fix it.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Licensed, bonded and insured. Arizona ROC #366903.
