Replacing a whole floor because of a few bad spots is a waste of money. Most flooring problems are local: a cracked tile in front of the fridge, a strip of vinyl plank lifting at a seam, a squeak in the hallway, or grout that has crumbled out of the shower. We fix the spot and match it to the rest of the floor.

Tile is the big one, since most Valley homes have it. We remove and replace cracked or hollow tiles, regrout and recolor grout lines, replace missing bullnose and trim pieces, and reset tiles that have popped loose from the slab. If you don't have spares, we'll try to source a match or pull a tile from a closet to use in the visible spot.

Luxury vinyl plank lifts at the edges, separates at seams and buckles when it has no room to expand. We unlock and replace individual planks and refasten transitions and reducers. For wood floors, we repair scratches and gouges, replace boards and fix squeaks. Underneath, we repair damaged subfloor and fill slab cracks and low spots before new flooring goes in.
