Condo and Townhome Repairs in Phoenix

What's yours inside the walls, what's the HOA's outside them, and the repairs that fit a shared building.

Arizona ROC #366903 · Licensed, Bonded & Insured

In a condo or townhome, the HOA usually owns the exterior, the roof and the structure, and you own what's inside the drywall. That changes what we fix and who to call. We work inside: plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, drywall, doors, floors, cabinets, paint, and the balcony surface where it's yours.

What's usually yours

Everything from the drywall in: fixtures, flooring, cabinets, interior doors, the water heater closet, the patio or balcony surface in many associations. Check your CC&Rs; we'll read them with you.

What's usually the HOA's

Roof, exterior walls, stucco, windows in some associations, common plumbing and the building's electrical. A leak from the unit above is between you, them and the HOA; we repair your ceiling once it's stopped.

Working in a shared building

Parking, elevators, hours, and noise rules. We follow the association's contractor rules, carry the insurance they ask for, and keep the hallway clean.
