Loose posts get reset in concrete. Torn mesh gets spliced or a section replaced and stretched tight. Bent top rails get replaced. Gates get rehung and latches replaced.
Vinyl
Cracked pickets and rails get replaced to match. Panels that popped out of the posts get reset with the locking tabs. Posts that lean get reset. Vinyl yellowed by sun can be cleaned but not repainted well, so a badly faded section gets replaced.
