Re-Stucco and Elastomeric Coatings in Phoenix

When patching isn't enough: a new finish coat over the house, or a flexible coating that seals the hairlines.

Arizona ROC #366903 · Licensed, Bonded & Insured

A house with stucco failing on every wall, or with so many patches that it looks patched, needs more than repair. Two options: a new finish coat of stucco over the existing base, or an elastomeric coating, a thick flexible paint that bridges hairline cracks and seals the wall. We can help with both, starting with the repairs.

Re-stucco

The old finish gets prepped, the cracks and damage repaired, and a new finish coat applied over the whole house in the texture you choose. New stucco on a house needs a permit in some cities; Chandler requires one unless the stucco goes straight onto block.

Elastomeric coating

A coating is usually faster and cheaper than re-stucco and seals hairlines. It doesn't fix damaged stucco, so the repairs come first. It changes the look slightly, with a smoother, slightly rubbery finish, and it's painted in the color you choose.

The repairs first

The repairs come before the coating or finish coat: water damage, cracks, foam trim, block walls. Then the whole house gets coated or refinished.
