Some of what breaks in a house is bigger than a handyman visit. Licensed plumbers, electricians, roofers and HVAC companies do that trade work. We quote it, schedule it and manage it, and we do the finish work (drywall, paint and stucco) ourselves. You get one written price and one point of contact.
Plumbing
Water heaters, re-piping, slab leaks, gas lines, main sewer lines, water softeners, anything inside a wall or under the slab.
Electrical
Panel work, new circuits, service upgrades, EV chargers, rewiring, aluminum wiring remediation.
Roofing
Leaks, torn membrane, broken tile and re-roofs, plus sealing around vents and clearing scuppers.

How it works
Tell us the problem, and we'll tell you what it takes. The parts around the main job are handled too: the drywall after a wall is opened for plumbing, the paint after electrical work, the stucco after a roof repair. One call covers it.
How it starts
Send photos and tell us what's going on. If it's a job we do in a visit, you get a fixed price. If it's one of these, we tell you what it takes, get you a price, and stay on it until it's done.
Questions
- Why not just call a plumber myself?
- You can. People call us when they don't know what a problem needs, or when one job touches several parts of the house and they'd rather make one call.
- Why would I call you for a roof or a water heater instead of a roofer or a plumber?
- Because you already know us, and because most of these jobs come with handyman work around them: the ceiling under the roof leak, the cabinet under the water heater, the drywall around the new panel. One call covers the job and the cleanup after it.
- Do you mark these jobs up?
- No. You pay the trade partner's price. We don't add a fee on top; coordinating it is part of the job.
