Countertop Sealing, Repair and Vanity Top Replacement in Phoenix

Granite that needs sealing, a chip at the sink edge, a cracked cultured marble vanity top, and the caulk line that's failed. Handled without a new kitchen.

Arizona ROC #366903 · Licensed, Bonded & Insured

Counters wear at the edges and the seams. Granite loses its seal and starts to stain. A chip at the sink cutout catches every sponge. The caulk between the counter and the backsplash cracks. A cultured marble vanity top cracks around the drain. All of that is a repair, and we can help with new stone counters too.

Sealing and care

Granite, marble and other natural stone need resealing every year or two. Water that beads on the counter means the seal is fine; water that darkens the stone means it's gone. We clean and reseal. Quartz doesn't need sealing.

Chips, cracks and seams

A chip in stone or quartz gets filled with a color-matched epoxy and polished flush. A crack gets stabilized and filled. A seam that's opened or darkened gets cleaned and refilled. We handle stains and undermount sink problems too. The caulk where the counter meets the backsplash and around the sink gets cut out and replaced with silicone that matches.

Cultured marble vanity tops

Bathroom vanity tops with the sink molded in are cultured marble, and they crack around the drain, chip at the edges and yellow with age. Small chips get filled. A cracked or yellowed top gets replaced with a new cultured marble top, which comes in standard vanity sizes, or with a stone top and an undermount sink. We swap the top, reconnect the faucet and drain, and recaulk.

New counters

We can help with new kitchen counters in stone or quartz too, along with the sink, faucet and plumbing reconnection, the backsplash and the caulking. It's quoted as its own project.

Questions

Can you fix a chip in my granite?
Yes. Color-matched epoxy, filled and polished flush. It's close to invisible on a speckled stone, a little more visible on a plain one.
Do you install new countertops?
Yes, we can help with new counters, along with the plumbing and the backsplash.
My vanity top is cracked at the drain. Can it be patched?
Small cracks sometimes. A crack at the drain usually spreads, and a new top is the lasting fix. Standard sizes are stocked.
