Permits and plans
Every one of these needs drawings and a permit, and most need an engineer's stamp for the structure. We handle that, and the inspections that follow. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale and Peoria each have their own process, and we work in all of them.

How it starts

Questions
- Can you add a bathroom to a garage conversion?
- Yes. It means new plumbing under the slab, which is the biggest part of the job, and it's what makes a conversion a permitted project.
- How long does an addition take?
- Design and permits are usually a couple of months. Construction on a single-room addition is typically a few months after that. We give you a schedule with the contract.
- Do you do this under the handyman name?
