Manufactured and Mobile Home Repairs in Phoenix
Soft floors, leaking skylights, doors that won't close, a home that needs releveling. Repairs that fit how these homes are built.
Arizona ROC #366903 · Licensed, Bonded & Insured
Manufactured homes are built differently from site-built houses: thinner walls, different plumbing fittings, floors on joists over a crawlspace, a roof that moves with the home. Repairs that work on a slab house don't always work here. We do the repairs manufactured homes actually need, including releveling, and we know the parts.
Floors
A soft spot in the floor, usually in the bathroom or the kitchen by the sink, is particleboard subfloor that got wet. The soft section gets cut out and replaced with plywood, the leak gets fixed, and the flooring goes back over it.
Releveling
A home that's out of level shows as doors that won't close, cracks at the corners of walls, and a floor that slopes. Releveling means adjusting the piers under the home. We can help with that, and it's usually what makes the doors close again.
Roofs, skylights and windows
Metal roofs usually get coated rather than replaced. Skylights and roof vents leak at the seal and get resealed or replaced. Windows are a different size and style than site-built and get matched. We can help when the roof itself has failed too.
Plumbing and electrical
Manufactured home plumbing uses different fittings and pipe, and the water heater and furnace are often in a closet. We handle fixtures and small repairs, and we can help with the bigger work too. Electrical is the same.
Remodels
Kitchens and bathrooms in a manufactured home get remodeled with lighter materials and fittings that match the home. We do those projects.
